I was told to exercise by my dr to see if it helps with my legs going numb until I can get an appointment with neurology. So I decided to clean the house. I didn't do any crazy lifting or anything but I did move some small things. I did this yesterday from 8:45am-12:45pm. Then my husband moved the rooms around to give us enough room in our bedroom for baby crib. Well when I started to relax when all was said and done (putting crib together today) I took some Tylenol because I was hurting a little bit around 2 pm yesterday and then again around 10pm. Its now 9:06am and I haven't slept at all. I can't get comfortable, my back is very sore and tylenol didn't help at all. I think I overdid myself.... but house is spotless and organized lol
