First off, getting pregnant doesn't make you a mother. It takes more than just that. I mean if it's just covering the basics to put a label on it, true. But again it takes more than that.
It takes accountability, responsibility, love, and growth to become both mother and father. I don't think it's at all acceptable for a man to want to play the role as a father ONCE the baby's here. Again you had unprotected sex and got her pregnant, take accountability. I think we have that mentality that we should wait until this man " comes around " after. That's complete bullshit. Giving them space and letting them do whatever until last minute is completely unacceptable, period. It's like doing a project and your partner just now getting to it the day before the due date. Hell no. I don't agree.
