was having bad contractions for 1 night straight , kept going to the hospital and they kept sending me back home .. went to the hospital on the second day after not sleeping all night due to bad pain!! my mom took me at 7;40 in the morning and i was dilated to a 5 i was admited and had my baby girl at 1:58 pm. no epidural 💪🏽💪🏽🏆 walking and breathing in through my nose and out my mouth really fast really helped me
