I have pcos & had a fertility treatment to get pregnant. I had never heard of vitex until a few months ago. I prior to getting pregnant hardly got a period at all. Then taking vitex I was slowly but surely getting one. I stopped taking it due to trying a birth control for mood swings, but I agree it was very interesting lol I hope it works for you! A friend of mine swears that's how she's been pregnant 3x. I plan to change my diet & start exercising more then I'll cut the birth control & maybe try vitex again, I think then I will get the best results.

@liv.ola I'm definitely trying to stay away from fertility treatment the best I can for now since I'm still young, I definitely hopr vitex will help you when you're done with the bc, it's definitely doing something good lol

@dogmom12 I'm definitely going to stay on it until I go to the doctor if I get pregnant and have her help me to know when to stop after the first trimester. I aoready know I don't ovulate so I'm hoping this is helping me towards that
