Who's all workin out? Going on 18 weeks and I need to get back in the grind...what kinda workouts are all the Mama's doing?
I walk 30mins+ each day now. I was getting on the floor doing crunches and squats and all that but that mean to be really hard and jist not fun. I love walking and s relaxing. Im thinking about thrwing some yoga in the mix since i have back problems and such i think stretching will help me
I still am doing weights and bench press, lots of walking and stair climber lol I'm hiking in the grand canyon next week!
