Hey mama I'm not trying to be rude at all and I'm only assuming cause the seat doesn't match the stroller and I've see the set at Walmart lol but the cover you have on her seat isn't flame retardant and wasn't tested with the seat. It can actually cause a crap load of harm to her IF you were to get in an accident. Again not trying to be rude or tell you how to parent lol just looking out for ya!
