I bathed my son every three to four days when he was tiny like that but now so it wouldn't dry his skin but now I do every other day

Yes don't do a bath daily until a couple more months. Whenever he gets dirty from spit up or something use a warm wash cloth.

After the umbilical cord fell off and she really healed up I gave and still bathe her everyday. Especially with all of the milk that gets under the chin and saliva she needed it. Baths everyday are not bad.
