LIFE HACK! (with affiliate link & inspired by a convo I had with lady friends yesterday): *cartwheel* shorts for women! And by *cartwheel* I mean, thigh-rub protection! I found these thin "bike shorts", and by thin I mean do not bike or bend over in yoga class wearing only these. BUT they are the PERFECT for under skirts and dresses, you guys. They are not Spanx (heavy and hot) nor a foundation garment.

I have been wearing lots of sun dresses and jumpsuits this summer and if you too are #blessed with healthy lady-thighs... you too struggle with thigh rub...
