Let me just say I rocked my first until like 20 months and then he out grew it! Babies need their mommy they aren't doing it to annoy you. They don't know any better they just feel more comfortable with you. Now I know people disagree but that's how I'll always be. 🤷🏼♀️besides I enjoyed those special nights rocking my son because now he's a big boy now (what he says)

I think 4 months personally is too young for it anyways. IMO
I sleep trained my daughter using CIO (but gentler method) but she was 1
