My son won't start screaming every time he doesn't get what he wants. Like he gets mad because the dog is laying in the dog bed and just scream until we move the dog! Like no idea why! All I know I can handle it and today I started crying after listening to him do it for 15 minutes straight...cuz I was told it could be for attention so I ignored him...I started crying so I went and laid him down in his crib and went to the living room and listened to him scream some more! I just sat there crying cuz I have no idea what to do! I tried making a different noise for him to learn, distracting him, telling him no calming and explaining why, and nothing is working! This is the same for diaper changes!!!

I think it's just a stage I hope it is!! my son is doing kinda the same thing but it's with me not moving and him having to have the dog toys or he screams and freaks out till he gets them I have just been ignoring him and I tell him no there the dogs toys r has been doing it for a couple weeks some days he stops now some he doesn't depends on his mood

@ace160, yes! That pretty much exactly it! And I feel as if the more we ignore it the worse it is! And it's driving me crazyyyy
