Good god that ligament pain this time is REAL. I've had a persistent cough since I got pregnant and now that I'm further along every time I cough I get this severe stabbing pain shoot through my stomach that lingers for a minute. No bleeding and he's moving great so I know he's fine but I'm DYING seeing as I cough a million times a day. Now it's happening if I shift or sit weird. Fuuuuck

You need to bring this up to your doctor. My asthma gets worse when I'm pregnant, but you may have something more severe going on. Your immune system is weaker during pregnancy.

@sadiesue0718, i called a few days ago because it's recently become more severe and I may have a cold. They wouldn't prescribe me anything because I don't have a fever. They actually said to just take Mucinex (even though I know that actually makes you cough more to get the crap out). And to call back if I don't get better in a week or so. I have an appointment tomorrow so I'm going to bring it up again and see if anything changes
