HELP: 18days late for period, preg tests saying neg, took estrogen creme for 3 days ever other day instructed by doc. And preg symptoms. when can I get ultrasound to check if baby is there? Any advice

Yea we did a urine last Monday but came back neg. Everybody saying urine not as strong as blood.
