I hate how managers treat their employees. My boyfriend works overnights. 9-5. Just started, last night was his second night. So he does everything that he was supposed to do. Mop the floors. Count the cigarettes. Take care of lottery tickets. And make sure all the fountain drinks and coffee machine things are still running and working. I guess he didn't do something right ? Idk but I guess she blew up on him because she didn't teach him how to do something. So she sends him into the freezer to put drinks in the freezer. Makes him stay in there for a half hour. So he was crying to me saying he can't do anything right. I'm mad because I don't know what to do. I know if I go in I will only make things worse for him. I guess none of the other employees like her either.
