So with my insurance I call them and tell them I want to see a psychologist and they match me with my specific needs to someone who accepts my insurance.... the lady they matched me with is great, but she's 45 minutes away, and with Jackson back in school I don't have an extra 2 1/2- 3 hours to give. Can I call them and tell them to cancel services with her??? I'm nervous cuz I really like this lady but it's just not manageable anymore...
