@natalie2255 I will do hun. I had an emergency c section with my Daughter, that's why I'm having planned one this time! Having GA as have damage to my spine from the epidural with my Daughter xx And I can't wait until he is here!

@kerrydavidson6 keep me posted. You'll need plenty of rest after it. I had a c section. An emergency one though. Make sure you have someone to help out first few weeks. Not long till you'll be holding your little boy. How exciting xx

@kerrydavidson6 if they had to rush her to special care unit then I suppose they had to do it without wasting time but still should of checked. Mind you if you were against some injection it would be in your notes but that's no excuse for the midwife to ask once they done it. Xx

@natalie2255 Oh I most certainly will be putting my foot down this time that's for sure! What pissed me off the most is that they had already done it and I hadn't even yet seen my Daughter because when she was born she was rushed away out of theatre room to special care unit! Xxx

@kerrydavidson6 id make sure they do it in front of you and not before. I'd be livid if they done that. I'm all for vitamin K but they do have to ask first . Put your foot down this time xx

@natalie2255 I know hun, I was livid ! And I said that to her myself, what if I said no and she just put her head down and walked out the room! Xx Going to make it clear this time that they ask me first!! Xxx

@kerrydavidson6 that's out of order. They ment to ask you first. Thats wrong. What if you would of said NO???My little girl had it when she was born. They asked me first.xx

My Daughter had the injection, even though I was not impressed as a midwife came to me and asked if she could give my Daughter the injection and I said yes that's fine. Then she turned around and said to me.... "I'm so glad you have gave me consent as we have already gave her the injection!!!! If you do want your baby to have it, make sure they ask you first!! Xxx

If he does have a problem with blood clotting, this injection will save his life. I gave concent and m daughter had it! I'll do the same when my son is born :)

It's very important to let yiur baby have the injection. There's no reasons to why u shouldn't. (I work on a neonatal unit) x
