Like someone else said, think about the chemicals in them that can harm your baby. I would also call your doctor as soon as you can, you could be deficient in iron or something.

Chew some gum to get your mind off of wanting to eat or lick that until your doctor can help you

How is your iron level

Pica is a nutritional definciency that results in wanting to eat non food like items such as dirt chalk etc usually a result of low iron

Some pregnancies you can get pica (excuse my spelling I don't know how to spell it lol) i know my aunt craved dirt and she went to the doctors cuz well we are suppose to eat dirt!
