just don't eat like rite before you drink it you might throw up... but it not nasty just sweet

I always almost throw up every time. Because you have to drink it fast.

@ninaberrygood15, did you eat before? The doctor told me not to eat before so I don't get sick.. you have to chug it in one sitting?

@ninaberrygood15, my test isn't till 11:30 so I'll eat a big breakfast to avoid snaking before the test just in case I end up getting sick!

Im not a fan. First time i took it, i was just nasues the whole time, came close to puking a couple times. The last time i took it, i was nasues the whole time, and i passed out 🙄 i think it just depends on the person.

I ate a ton of eggs and sausage. I jut did mine this past fridsy. I had orange and it tasted like a melted popsicle. The only hard part was was that it was sort of thick and hard to get through st the end. You have 5 minutes to drink it and it seems like plenty of time but at the end you're jut trying to down it.

It tasted like water downed orange Kool aid to me. And I didn't realize it was 10 oz worth.
