TMI but I really feel like my OB provoked something today .. cause when she stuck her finger all the way in she was still trying to push in more . It felt like she was trying to put her damn knuckle in there 😒 & Then to measure my belly she squeezed the heck out of the bottom of my belly like right above the punani . She told me her head is down there & I'm 1 cm dilated now & that my body is preparing itself to give labor but I've been having cramps on my lower abdomen ever since . They went away for an hour but if they come back and are closer I'm gonna start timing them
