Okay mommas I need help.

I'm pretty sure I've been having contractions all day long however they've only progressed a tiny bit. I haven't felt the baby move nearly as much as I usually do which is super concerning to me. Should I call the dr or what ? I'm so confused what to do. Contractions aren't progressing any but however they're consistent. 😩😩
