@samara.denae, I use fresh fruits and vegetables, and all I do is add water to make sure that their blended ,there's a lot of recipes that you can also get from online like I blend different fruits and vegetables together

@samara.denae I had nutribullet .. Used fressh veggies. Fruits I picked softest ones to mash w fork

I did. Used fruits and vegetables. Save you so much money. Can be a lot of work but is worth every bit of it. 😉
