Hi everyone im looking for a bit of advice if anyone can help x
Im 22 weeks pregnant and have been struggling with back pain for the last week and some pressure down below. I have a low lying placenta which ive been told is partly covering my cervix and its anterior. Has anybody experienced this before? And what happens if it doesnt move from the cervix? I have to go back in at 28 weeks for another ultrasound to see if it has moved or not.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated xxx

I do get back pain in a certa8n area every day and if I over do things it's worse at night time... Would recommend trying heat rub only small amount or when lying down put a pillow underneath your back sometimes help xx

If your placenta doesnt move from your cervix...you'll need a csection :) Mine was anterior but high :) back pain will be to do with the ligaments etc xx

I had the same problen in ny last pregnancy. I had scans every 2 weeks and the placenta eventually moved at 36 weeks. If it doesnt you Will have to have a c section. For the pain id advise hot water bottle or a warm bath, try and take it easy. If the pain gets too bad you cab always be prescribed pain killers fron your doctor. X
