Turns out my daughter has croup! Rang 111 on Monday morning they was going to send an ambulance out! Thankfully I was able to have someone take us to A&E was in there from 11am til after 3 for them to send her home lol. She's doing well lot of tender loving care!. Have to say was the worst morning and afternoon ever 😢. Just shows you if you don't act she could of been seriously ill and had to stay in! Thankfully she was only stage 1 croup if she was alot higher would of been serious! So definitely wasn't a chest infection. So glad she's ok Love her so much 😍

Thank you hun she's getting better just has a really barking cough but she's alot more lively and happier since Monday. Xx

Aaah bless her is worrying when your little one is not well in glad she's doing alot better there a worry aren't they but worth every penny xx

Croup affects the windpipe (trachea), the bronchi (airways to the lungs), and the larynx (voice box). A child with croup will have a cough that sounds like a dog barking, as well as making a rasping noise called stridor as they breathe in. Around 3% of children get croup each year, usually during autumn and winter. Xx @lexi109
