It was hard and tiring. I felt accomplished. Cons are that it's hard, it hurts and with all the concentrating you might not fully enjoy the birth. Pros are easy recovery and less chance for complications. You can also birth in any position you want.

I had all mine natural. The only thing I'd change is with my first I didn't know what to expect so it was super chaotic but after that it was great because I knew what I was gonna go through and it helped a ton that for the rest of my kids I had a midwife so it was basically my show and she was there to assist

I did all natural. I wouldn't change a thing. It is absolutely exhausting and when the contractions got to the point that I thought I couldn't handle anymore, it was time to push (which a few women told me would happen). I liked that I had the freedom to change positions and see what worked/felt best at any given time.

My first was all natural but I was induced. It hurt worse than anything I've ever felt. So if I could go back I'd def get the epidural. I had the epidural with my second but it didn't work. And it hurt so badly I begged for a c section to end it all. I was induced with him, too. It's unfair that we have to deal with so much pain to have a beautiful baby even tho they are worth every second of it. But is there to help. And complications can happen with or without it so to me, it's ok. No shame in getting one.

I had both my sons vaginal with the epidural. The only issue is you will suffer from back pain afterwards permanently in most cases. But nothing that can cripple you I think. Do discuss it with your doc. That's what I did. Good luck mama.

Thanks all for your comments and advice, much appreciated!! With my first baby I got an epidural I was 7 cm when I got to the hospital and I feel like it slowed down my labor even though it took care of contraction pain. I did feel limited to the positions i could push in like many of you said and at the end when I was pushing I still felt everything and had rips down there. So i was talking to my SIL who had her 2nd baby with a midwife naturally and she said similar things many of you did so I'm kind of considering natural 😳🤷♀️🤰🏻idk what to do..
