@srose1989 to do with what information you provide them etc? Are they doing a check? They'll be wanting to see how much your getting paid etc and if it needs adjusting I imagine. That's normally what compliance checks are, to see if your providing right stuff.
@srose1989 I imagine theyl just want to update info etc, I know there's a compliance check they can do where they ask for bank statements etc to check how much you should get. So I imagine it will just be something like that so they can work out claim, won't really know till you ring it.

depends on what term it's being used in. But basically means you sticking to the rules/guidelines I think?
