@jacesterlingsmommy I was told if second attempt is a fail then yes surgery. No it's not embedded it's just up there and they can't reach it. The strings went up. I have had it a little over 5 years and no issues at all until this.

Oh wow. Thats crazy. I pray it turns out ok. I'm on my 2nd mirena and haven't had any problems thankfully. Are you going to have to have surgery? Did it embed in your uterus?

@jacesterlingsmommy I went 2 weeks ago to have it removed and they spent 4 hours trying to get it, failed so now I have to go back in 3 weeks to try again. But since the first attempt I've been crampy heavy bleeding and nauseous. Wasn't sure if anyone else has gone threw this.
