Any other breast feeding mom's have such a low supply? During feedings DD only gets a few drops and each pumping session I only get .5oz total. I'm so done with this but her doctors says I have plenty because has lots of dirty diapers. That's because I give her at least 2oz of formula per feeding. Just want to know if anyone else had this problem and if they over came it. Everyone I talk to about it tells me I'm doing something wrong...

Just keep pumping and making sure you have baby on the breast cheap hydrated make sure you're eating try not to stress out as much and I also have a website that I will give you in a second that you can buy some good treats that actually tastes good and actually have helped me with my Supply because all the other stuff that I tried did not help.

drink lots of water. breastmilk is mostly made up of water!! pumping is not a good way to tell how much you're producing as it is a different suckle than babys.

@roxxipup249 you could weigh her before nursing then right after and get a pretty good idea of what she is getting from you.

@roxxipup249, I would take a fenugreek pill a day and just the tea once in a while but that's because it was summer and I didn't want hot tea in the summer lol
