Hoping once I get the nexplanon removed it doesn't take a long time to get pregnant

I've been thinking of taking mine out. Would love to know the removal procedure!

I had mine removed June 29th and I'm already pregnant 😊 but throughout my last few months on it my cycles had gone back to normal so that made it a little easier.

@kerilynn94, I haven't had a cycle since mine got put in. I spotted once and that was it. I've had it for a little over a year.

@t.osgood2015 they numb it and then cut a tiny spot, no bigger than the size of the scar from the insertion and then they take tweezer like things and pull it out, mine was difficult because it had my scar tissue attached all around it, so there was a lot of tugging and she had to squeeze and pull around where it was on my arm. Ended up with a huge bruise but it was gone within a few days and now its nothing but a tiny scar

@taishonnat when I first got mine inserted my periods where crazy like that like id bleed for 3 weeks stop for like 4 days and start again, but I had mine for 2 and a half years, it took about two years for everything to go back to normal

@mittenmommy17x, no I HATED it

@mittenmommy17x, I always have a period that sometimes last for 2 months straight. I always have headaches and am always tired
