Not having him home and coming to the hospital to breastfeed him is having my milk production just a Lil low.
It use to be 2oz per breast now it's 1.5 or 1.
I THINK IT'S BECAUSE I'M WORRIED.

Drink mothers milk tea... it works fast drink two to start and then as u see progress... God bless u!

I have a publix supermarket in my neighborhood... if u do try that one is has nicer taste.

Oatmeal and drink plenty of water daily helps
