it's honestly not bad, I had mine taken out while I was awake. all 4

@medeles98 did they cut or pull yours? Mine are already grown in, so I'm hoping that makes it better.

@joanna.davis mine were under skin and had to be broken and pulled piece by piece

I think he only has to pull mine, like any other tooth. But he said I might hear some cracking if the tooth breaks 😖

How was recovery?

@joanna.davis they double check to make sure you're super numb and all you'll feel is slight pressure. just be honest if you feel pain still and they'll give you more numbing.

@joanna.davis recovery was about 4 days of swollen face and then just had to be careful with crunchy foods or stuff that could get stuck inside my incisions. I wouldn't be scared if I had to get it done again, it wasn't bad like I thought it would be ☺

@medeles98 I'm just extra nervous because I'm pregnant. I know the baby will be fine, but what if they can't give me the good pain meds and I'm miserable the whole time 😅

@joanna.davis I was awake! they only gave me local, a few shots in the gums and then had me bite on these numb pad things to help.

I'm surprised they let you while pregnant, my doc didn't let me my last pregnancy

I had mine out years asgo and u dont feel crap til the numbness wears off and ur face swells like a chipmunk!!

@medeles98 I meant the pain during recovery. Fortunately my wonderful mother in law is coming to take care of kids and me, so I can just miserably lay in bed.

I have bad cavities in mine, because they grew in years ago and they're so far back, I didn't even realize they had cavities until it was really bad. The dentist said it's best for me to not be in pain, since that's stress on the baby. I'm getting horrible aches from the teeth, in my head, ears, jaw, neck, it's awful 😣

from 1-10.. a 4 or 5. not pain that you'll be like uggghhhjjhh but enough to make you just wanna be lazy
