Felt some liquid down there earlier, a sudden gush followed by slow constant dribble. I thought I peed my pants. I went to the bathroom and it smelled sweet not like typical urine. I put a pad on to see if it continues. Any idea what it could be? Maybe my pee is sweet smelling because I eat a few sweets a day?!? I'm confused
