@juliaschade41 I'm guessing I didn't lose it all... Uggghhh this is so frustrating. How the hell do you know if you're contracting if you've never felt it before. Then my damn doctor doesn't have a nurse line SMH. I think I'm gonna wait it out and see how I feel threw the night since right now it's bearable

@bbyotw yeah im not sure either. Im confused about everything. I lost some more of my plug the other night, but im sure the thing grew right back. I've had cramps myself but when i do, they're constant too. And then disappear.

If it's consist and gradually because worse and last more than 30 secs its contractions you can go to l&d

@candidbabex it's pretty constant so it's hard to time it.... But I've been moving, bouncing on my yoga ball
