How do I terminate someone's rights? After 8 years I think it's time. He keeps popping up every few years and starting shit. I don't need that negativity. There's so much more to that story, but I just need to do that.

Well you could get a restraining order/NCO and renew it every year.

I don't even want him to pay. He used to pay every 3 months just to keep himself out of trouble.

@nicolem10021 you can get them longer, I'd suggest that. Because if he contacts you, lol you can tell the police and he will be detained

You can even fill to get his rights taken away since he isn't providing for your child the only thing with that is having to get a lawyer

I'm scared he will get custody. I haven't talked to him in over a year and now all of a sudden he wants to see my son and since I said no he wants custody. I don't even think that's possible since he hasn't seen him in 5 years and before that it was 1 or 2 days each year
