The other day I tried on my wedding dress for the first time since I ordered my size and it's too small. Do you ladies have any recommendations for what I can do to loose weight? I'm about 30 lbs more then my pre-pregnancy weight and I don't want to have to get a new dress. Plus, none of my pants fits. I only wear sweats.

You can lose 30lbs healthy way in 4-6 months .. Basic fruits and veggies .. No process foods lots of water and 30 min at least of cardio a day .. No sugars, white bread etc and good sleep

@rola, well, my daughter is 17 months so probably about 17 months. But I only gained 10 lbs during pregnancy, so afterwards I've gained 20 in 17 months.

@sawyersmom, I've seen a bunch of my friends doing that. I'll have to try that! Motivation is definitely a problem of mine as well.

How long til your wedding? Drinking lots of water, keep your diet full of veggies, fruit and lean proteins. Try to exercise daily, even if it's just waking. You will get there!!

Try the whole 30 challenge! I know my problem is motivation to stay on track and that really helps me!
