Anytime while pregnant; you have abnormal pain or something you're unsure of you should always contact your medical professional.

Are you taking it yourself? Or was it taken by a nurse? Blood pressure depends on you. Doctors take blood pressure each visit to see what your numbers should look like. Not everyone's blood pressure number is the same. Contact your doctor to see what your numbers should be if you're not sure.

Your blood pressure is high and that pain could point to pre eclampsia. Although it could be nothing, I'd definitely go in or call your doctor.
