I have one , I spotted very little the day of & nothing after . Some mild cramping is normal but Tylenol should be able to fix that. My stitch is holding nice & strong . I'm also getting makena shots

@november.01, ok thank you! How long was your cervix & at how many weeks did you get it if you don't mind me asking? I'm having cramping too and the dry blood spotting but I think my back hurts more from the anesthesia. Should be ok tho.

I'm getting the shots weekly too. On top of the vaginal progesterone every night

That's perfect! I was 16 weeks . Mine was a preventative one due to a 20 w loss last year . I put myself on bed rest & my measurements have been @ 4 after cerclage . You might feel some pinching but that's normal . How shorty was yours ? You have a great doctor btw

@november.01, ugh girl... I was supposed to get mine a long time ago but the dr that was in charge of my specialist's office while he was out of town, kept insisting I didn't need it. My OB had my auth approved and ready to go since 5 weeks ago. Finally my dr came back and my cervix wasn't even 1 cm long! He read on the notes that the dr he left in charge wrote that supposedly my husband and I decided not to get it which was bs. So on Thursday my cervix was practically gone. They had to put me on an extreme trendelenburg position to make sure they wouldn't rupture my bag because it was like RIGHT THERE. It was so scary and challenging! I could hear it in my drs voice while he was doing it. He got my cervix to go from nothing to 2.5 cm. Hoping and praying it holds my baby up.
