I went to the Dr Wednesday and they gave me a birthplan to fill out, I just looked at it and reality decked me In the face.. My baby boy will be here in about 13 weeks.. I know it isn't super close but I feel like it took forever to get this far..any advice for a first time mom with horrible anxiety about giving birth and everything going right...

@juliaschade41 my ob gave me one but I didnt know what multiple things on it even were, and had to look them up, and didn't know I even would have to make that kind of choice but I'm glad they did it this early.. And wow your so close!

Fill the birth plan out pack bags prepare home assemble any thing then baby will need try relax and take it easy and find and drink peach tea it help with the labor
