is it normal to have a burning ache in your stomach during pregnancy? the pain is very similar to when i had a kidney infection two weeks ago so I'm really hoping it's not that again.. ive read things online about it possibly being related to heartburn, I was just wondering if anybody else experienced this? if so, what eased it? currently 9 weeks and 2 days pregnant:)

I personally didn't get heartburn until much later in pregnancy- gaviscon or rennies helped! You're best talking to your midwife or gp to make sure it's not your kidneys again! Xx

My only symptom during 1st trimester was heart burn, I didn't have morning sickness or other things x

Maybe acid drink some milk or milkshake helped me xx
