How do I break this fever? I took Tylenol a couple hours ago it took the fever away for awhile but it's back & it's not time to take another dose yet. My body's so hot yet I'm so cold & idk what to do to break it! 😫😫😫

@mommysbabies, I was at the dr earlier today and they said that I had a viral infection & that it needed to just run its course. But idk how to break this fever.

Unfortunately Tylenol is all you can take that I know of can you take a lukewarm bath or shower and just keep drinking lots of fluids

@mommysbabies, it's been about 7 hours since I've taken Tylenol so I'm going to take a couple more and try to sleep it off that's the only thing I can think of

You can also take Motrin Advil or Aleve those are also safe while pregnant
