At Walmart checking out with some of my wic stuff I tell the lady and hand her my checks she rolls…

People can be very inconsiderate

Girl comments like that she really should've kept to herself. I use to work for Walmart so I understand how frustrating ringing up WIC can be especially when you got a whole line full of impatient customers. But still she was wrong for that its stuff you say and don't say out of respect. And if it was that much of a problem maybe that just isn't the job for her because working register at Walmart your going to get several customers a day with WIC trust me i know.

I would have asked to see her manager.

First off she would of been fired that day BC I would of spoke to manager .. Second what's the big deal .. And third she hates her life smh

@proudmommyoftwo_, I understand completely too! I was a cashier at a place that took wic. But you just don't say that to people and have a nasty attitude about it. I hated it to but was always super nice and pretended it didn't bother me one bit. Because I mean I know what it's like. Oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️

@rola, @thevloggymommy, I'm not the type to call a manager over. I handle it myself. I'll be sure to go to her line again next time just to piss her off because I am petty. And I'll be sure to use all my checks at once instead of buying them throughout the month 🤷🏻‍♀️

I stopped using WIC because I had something similar to this happen to me multiple times. I have really bad anxiety and it got to be too much for me to use the checks because I would get so embarrassed and start panicking at the checkout.

I have a WIC card and they sent me checks too? I don't even know how to use em tbh I just use the card..is the checks for only certain things? I got 6 of em and the card that gets filled every week. I've had the card but they just sent checks in the mail. But up here i hate going to piggly wiggly because they laugh and say rude shit to other workers about WIC people 😒 I try not to flip. So I go to walmart

@mrnmrsmitchell9496, the Checks have like what you can get on each one and thats all you can get. It's annoying. I wish I had the card I heard it's easier. And just blow up! I do. I'm tired of it lol
