Just want to vent a little bit

So my step daughters (Ava) mom is making our lives really difficult right now. My boyfriend has full custody of her and her mom only gets her two weeks out the summer, she lives in whole other state, and my boyfriend has been nice enough every summer since he's gotten custody over her to let her go with her mom for the summer, so it's the end of the summer and she's flying back with Ava today and we ask what time she's dropping her off and she says "this weekend, my mom(Ava's grandma) wants to spend time with her"😡 her grandma lives her in Minnesota with us and can see her any other weekend!! We have plans to go to the state fair this weekend with her. She also texts me asking why Marcus is always so angry with her, and I'm like well for one you up and left to a whole other state, basically abandoning your daughter, don't help us pay for anything even though she's suppose to be paying child support, never call or check up on her, maybe once a month and on top of that this summer Ava had an ear infection and her mom didn't take her into urgent care until a month later even with Ava telling her she was in pain (which I believe is neglect) and Ava told us she was going the whole day without eating because they didn't have money for groceries.. if you can't provide for your daughter then you shouldn't have asked to take her the whole summer!!! So end of vent, Marcus is taking his court order to the police station and requesting that they go to her grandmas house and get her back for us. I just want my baby back 😡 next summer she is definitely only getting the two weeks the court has ordered her
