Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but i think its just when you get stretched, like say your 3cm dilated and they strip your membranes and then your 4cm dilated. I THINK...don't take my word for it cause I didn't have my membranes stripped lol
That phrase sounds painful lol but my doctor calls it the membrane sweep and it's like a sweeping motion and she said it's obviously not comfortable and a lot of pressure . I've heard a lot of people say it is painful 😖
