Can whole milk be constipating my 15 mo old? He's been having this issue past few months where his poop is so hard and he's always pushing and turns all red and somedays doesn't poop and miserable and wakes up in pain. He kind of a picky eater doesn't really like veggies. I DO give him a ton of fruit though, juice, water always..🤔

Yea it could be try giving him the lactose free milk or soy milk n see how it was both taste better than whole milk

I was gonna recommend lactose free milk also. I had to switch my son cause he was constipated all of the time, and now he goes. But I try to get alot of fiber in his mealtimes too

@anthonysmommie072816, personally i think lactose free anything especially soy milk taste awful.. but i did give him almond milk and he liked that.
