Have your doctor check you for anemia. I was having the same problem and I ended up needed iron pills.

It can be dehydration or preeclampsia talk with your doc

@debdeb1, I got a prescription for iron pills last week for my iron being low 😩

@whit95 I hope they start working soon then, I know it took a few weeks for me to start feeling better once I started taking them.
