@intelligentmind2015, yeah. My husband is pissed because I was in the car when he paid it. I told him since it's an envelope it's probably sticking to the inside of the box or something. I'm not trying to stress myself out about it foreal. It just seems like it's one thing after another.

@nmc95, I would be stressed to that whole system of paying is weird because anything could happen it's better to pay in person

@intelligentmind2015, right it is. Usual places you pay in person and get the receipt right then and there. I'm going to tell him if the administrator isn't there next time make sure you get a worker to write down on an envelope that you paid . That's what one of them did for me when I paid his registration fee.
