iam so stressed, i need to find a way to relax i dont know how, i love my kids but i feel no power to teach them, i can't hear them scream fight i yell right away. i miss my laughs! helpp

Am I wrong for not wanting anybody to hold the baby if it's not me or my husband? If they touch them I have them to sanitize their hands I do it to my kids also??
