Upper fix dominated, protein shake being inhaled and I got an adorable pic of miss cranky pants who just won't nap today. Even though fin woke up mommy and daddy at 3:30 this morning and we are both tired there has been progress made. I'm finding my motivation is finally where I need it to be to keep me staying strong and on top of my workouts. I feel myself getting more flexible, stronger and able to get through more of the exercises without modifying them in this second week. I look forward to pushing myself harder and reaching my goals as time progresses. This is me doing something much needed for myself but in the end it will benefit my whole family.
