My son will be 5 months at the end of the month. He has a tooth that's starting to come through pretty heavily. Lately he's been pooping a lot which has caused a pretty nasty diaper rash, spitting up a bit and been pretty cranky. Could the pooping a lot and stuff be from his teeth coming in? Not sure if it affects their system like that or not, I'm a FTM. Thank you :)

Yes that's common when they're teething because of the excess saliva the poops become watery and it causes a rash. Give him time out of a diaper after his baths and bathe him every day. Put a water barrier like aquaphor on the rash at all times and it should go away.
