At 7 in the morning the lady below us was stomping throughout her apartment trying to prove a point.…

You have a toddler and I'm sure you do whatever you can to keep him as quiet as you can. We have an apartment below us we went out and bought some area rugs to put around our apartment to help with impact noise. I try to keep my DD as quiet as I can but she still needs to be a kid that should be able to run around and play in her own home. Our neighbors recently moved out but while they were here they were aware she was up here. Whenever there would be a loud noise up here I would always text them and apologize and they would always say they never heard anything. If anyone ever told me that I should beat my kid I would beat them instead too. Somebody can't tell someone else to beat their kid for being a kid.

@mommiesaremagical14, she said she listens out for him and has a log at what time he starts and for how long he does it for...that's to the extreme

@nmc95 yeah, that's a bit excessive. Just ignore her and let her do her thing. Do you have any other neighbors above or around you, and if you do do they ever complain about your son? Better yet do they ever complain about her? Cuz I'll tell you what it's not just the person below you that gets it the worst. Apparently our neighbors that moved out never heard a damn thing from us. Yet we heard them every single day it sounded like a herd of elephants whenever they would go in and out of their house they slammed their door constantly whenever they would drop something we could hear it we could hear them talking and arguing word for word and they were below us.

Lol folks have nothing better to do...why would you beat your child for being a child? Thats abuse not parenting. She better stops before she steps on some something and hurts herself trying to be all hateful smh

@mommiesaremagical14, she has been an issue. For months people would smell her smoking weed which you can't smoke in the apartment building because we signed something that said that when we first moved in. It got so bad that our property manager said to everyone to write their complaints down so she can have a case.

@c54steele, right!! She already behind on rent so in due time she can get the eviction notice lol

Ok, then do that. If she's going to do it to you do it right back and talk to your neighbors about doing it too. We have a laundry room in our apartment and whatever the neighbors did down stairs we could smell and they smoked weed in their apartment too and they had a 9 year old and a 2 year old down there!!! But what pissed me off is that the smell would come into our apartment as well.

@nmc95 then if she tries to bring anything to the landlord's attention you need to make sure you talk to your neighbors to back you up and tell your landlord we don't have an issue with her (you) we all have an issue with her(downstairs)

@mommiesaremagical14, my property manager already know lol when I came in yesterday to show her the letter she wrote she said she's surprised we didn't come in sooner. She said at the end of the day by law the courts can't do anything by is because that's basically telling the parent how to raise their kids. Plus she said you can only do so much with a toddler

We had problems with our downstairs neighbors from the start. When they first moved in they were arguing slamming doors throwing things at walls and punching walls, we also share a storage area and at one time the boyfriend downstairs was in the shared storage room spray painting car parts around all our belongings and my daughter's toys, he also spray painted circles all over our sidewalk and steps, for some reason like clockwork they would always start fighting around 11 11:30 at night, again smoked pot down there with their children in there, twice there was an incident where there two year old got out of the house. The first time she climbed out the window (basement level apartment) and was outside completely alone for God knows how long until one of our other neighbors found her, the other time late at night they were arguing and she snuck out the front door and went across the street!!!! They cused like crazy in front of their kids (which my daughter could also hear) and I could go on....

@c54steele, she is from hell. I hope she move out soon too. She supposedly put her 30 day notice last month.

@nmc95 @c54steele they kinda were. I'm glad they are gone. It's been so quiet. The bf was a bum and he expected the gf to support the whole family 4 people, one on the way and a dog on a hair dressers salary. They we're almost 3 months behind on rent. They we're given many warnings and eviction notices. Then one day they were told they had 4 days to be out.
