Looking up pain relief options sincemy hospital doesnt have the option of laughing gas 😩. Anyone get anything besides the epidural? Thats like the VERY last thing i want... LOL if you got something besides epi tell me about it and whether you were requires to have an iv pole pr hep-lock 🙂

I got IV meds. Can't remember the exact name though. All I remember is that they made me super lightheaded and dizzy.

Mine had the gas but it didnt help much anyway 😑 theres water therapy (bath or shower), counter pressure massage, tens unit, positioning different ways. You can also get iv narcotics like fentanyl
