My mom used to make us something she called chicken rice surprise when we were really broke, it's minute rice cooked in condensed chicken soup. It tastes pretty good for being so cheap.

No meat. Rice and beans (bag of dry beans) super easy to make. And if you have sauces at home you can pour whatever on there

Red beans and rice. Or we make something that has no name for us lol its black eye peas, rice, hamburger meat and rotel. Could use cheaper diced tomatoes to cut cost. It goes a long way and my family really likes it.
